Shipping & Returns Policy
Each seller on the Vegan Superstore defines their shipping times on the 'Shipping & Returns' tab displayed on each product. The reason for this is that many items are handmade to order.
We hope you are happy with your purchase but if you are not satisfied please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within the number days specified by the seller. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Contact the seller of the item to arrange the product return. The sellers contact email address and phone number will be printed on the shipping note and invoice. They will provide you with a returns address.
The seller may request further information and photographs of the item before you send it. Wait for confirmation from the seller before returning the product.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, the seller will process your return. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods such as food,
- Intimate or sanitary goods,
- Gift cards,
- Downloadable products.
If you are not satisfied with the response from the seller please request a Return Merchandise Authorization and the Vegan Superstore will contact the seller to discuss the reasons for not processing the return.
