Frequently Asked Questions

The Vegan Superstore is a online marketplace shop. All sellers and products are vetted by us to our values:

  • vegan, cruelty and animal testing free,
  • ethically sourced from companies that care about people,
  • ASAP (as sustainable as possible) approach to production, packaging and distribution.
In an attempt to reduce fraud and protect buyers, sellers and ourselves we do require you to have an account - however it just takes 30 seconds to register.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment processing is performed via PayPal and Stripe.

Each seller defines their own shipping procedures and these can be seen in the 'Store Info' tab for each product. If there is a processing time (e.g. the product needs to be made) this information will also be in the 'Store Info'. We request all sellers to dispatch within 2 working days maximum.

We hope that you are very happy with all of your purchases but if for any reason you wish to return an item please complete a Returns Merchandise Authorisation.

In situations where a customer never received a product or received a product that is different from what was ordered or expected. We ask customers to first contact the seller. If the seller fails to resolve the problem contact The Vegan Superstore directly. We will then determine how the claim will be settled, which may include reimbursement of the order to the customer, at the seller's expense.
